What You Need to Know

If you are purchasing a home, an appraisal is the supporting documentation that confirms that the selling price is fair.  If you are selling a home, an appraisal is the proof you’re your house is worth your asking price.  To solidify your investment, you need someone that is not involved in the transaction to give you an unbiased appraisal.  That is where an independent certified appraiser comes in.

By using a company that does not profit from the sale of the house, you guarantee that the value and asking price of your home is not over or under inflated to satisfy someone else.  You will also gain valuable information on the area, such as selling trends.  You can secure your investment and insure that you are making a wise decision.
