What type of property can this be ordered on?

Single family residential properties located in the 48 contiguous states. Our Property Evaluations work well everywhere, but there are some areas, such as rural settings, where the data is not available for the reports.

 

How long will it be before I get my order?

Depending on the specifics of your order, completion times can vary, but below is a guideline to help you better understand when you can expect your report.

How will I receive the report?

The final report will be sent to the email you provide in your order. All reports are sent in a PDF format. If you do not have a PDF viewer, you may download it for free at www.adobe.com.

It takes time to research property data and our data is also reviewed by a real estate professional for accuracy. This provides you with accurate data and a much more realistic property value.

 

Why does CertifiedREI charge for its value reports while other sites offer free value reports?

Companies promising automated values for free often have a hidden price. Most often, your information is sold to third-parties who then call and spam your email trying to sell you something. CertifiedREI Privacy Policy guarantees that we will not sell your information to anyone.

 

Is the property value I receive an actual market value?

The value you receive is based on actual property data available through public information (tax assessor) and privately sold property data bases. This information is current and accurate and will give you a realistic current market value for the property researched.

 

Does the AVM include a property inspection?

AVMs do not include a property inspection. CertifiedREI does offer full appraisals which do include an inspection of the property by a certified professional appraiser.

 

Can CertifiedREI help me understand if updates and additions to my house will increase my property value?

Yes, you will have to give us the information concerning the addition.

 

If I had an addition to my house last year, will your report reflect the change?

If the city records have been updated with the change, then CertifiedREI's AVM should reflect the value increase.

 

Why would I want title information on a property?

Title information on a property gives you the legal owner’s name, the legal description of the property and current liens of record. You find out who owns the property and how much is owed on it.

 

Where does CertifiedREI obtain the information in its reports?

CertifiedREI uses data from public records maintained by local, state, and federal government records to compile our reports.

 

Can I order a report on property I don´t own?

Yes. The information in CertifiedREI's reports is compiled from existing public data records such as local tax data and federal and county clerk records.
